Founder, Owner & Lead Evangelist
Devon Searchwell is the founder and owner of Time Is At Hand Evangelistic Ministries and its main preacher. Since the ministry’s first evangelistic series in the Cayman Islands in September 1999, he has carried the Three Angels’ Messages across the Caribbean, Africa, the Philippines and Europe — preaching the everlasting gospel and pairing it with practical care for the poor, the orphaned and the unschooled.

Emily is an evangelist and the PR manager with Time Is At Hand Evangelistic Ministries — the public voice of the ministry, and first of all the voice behind its Instagram feed, @timeisathand. If you have found the ministry through a verse on your phone, a photograph from a campaign, or a few kind words at the right moment, there is a good chance Emily put it there.
Instagram is where most of Emily’s work happens. Emily runs the feed from start to finish: planning what goes up each day, writing every caption, choosing the pictures, and answering the messages and comments that come in. Every day there is something new — Scripture, encouragement, and news from the work — each post written so that it sounds like the same ministry you find on this site. Beyond the feed, Emily looks after how the ministry presents itself to the public — its announcements, its correspondence and its wider social presence — and writes for the website, so that everything the ministry says, wherever it says it, stays in step.
Most of all, Emily loves to pray with people. If you are longing for healing, carrying something heavy, or simply want to experience the presence of God, Emily would be glad to arrange a prayer session with you — in person where possible, or by telephone or video call wherever you are. Whatever you share stays between you, and you are always welcome.

Amirata Rahimi (Ata)

Amirata Rahimi — known as Ata — serves as an evangelist and web designer with Time Is At Hand Evangelistic Ministries, joining a personal commitment to the everlasting gospel with professional work in web design and digital communications.
He rebuilt and now maintains timeisathandlive.org, and is responsible for its design, hosting and day-to-day running: publishing the ministry’s Bible studies and articles, curating the video library, and building the contact, prayer-request and Bible-question systems through which the team receives correspondence from around the world.
His work extends across the ministry’s wider digital presence — search visibility and structured data, accessibility and site performance, brand and print assets, and the mirrored blog he manages alongside Devon Searchwell. The aim throughout is to make biblical truth easy to find, easy to read, and easy to trust.
Outside the ministry he works professionally in web design and digital communications. His personal website, amirata.uk, is the central hub of that presence, connecting to his wider professional and academic profiles.
